Our pursuits of the golden years must push us past the necessary activities of daily living into the realm of activities for fun and health. This presentation focuses on just how each one of us can enjoy the activity we find most rewarding. We also learn why enjoyable activities provide health benefits. Hopefully, learning about the gamut of options available to us provides motivation to choose a favorite activity for life!
