LIVE CLASS HELD IN-PERSON for adults ages 50 and older!

This common problem affects a large percentage of the US population and is a leading cause of disability. In this session, we discuss the causes, features and potential treatment options of this “every day” type of discomfort. We will explore several easy approaches to minimize discomfort and improve the health of our spines.
