Description

Philosophers, Theologians, even Physicists have grappled with the idea of free will. Some conclude we have it, but don’t use it very well. Others deny its existence at all. Everyone from Aristotle and Augustine, to Thomas Aquinas, Spinoza, Immanuel Kant and Derk Pereboom have weighed in on the subject. Stephen Hawking sought an answer through science. Let’s explore and discuss their conclusions.
