Occasional heart burn or acid reflux is a nearly universal human experience. When this becomes a chronic and daily experience, our health suffers causing pain, disrupting sleep and reducing productivity. We present the key points of this common problem to understand its mechanism and how we can minimize its effects in our daily lives.
