This course introduces artificial intelligence (AI) to seniors, focusing on practical applications that can improve daily life. Participants will learn about AI-powered tools for health monitoring, home assistance, and staying connected with loved ones. The course covers basic AI concepts, addresses common concerns, and provides hands-on experience with user-friendly AI technologies. By the end, seniors will feel confident incorporating AI into their routines to enhance independence, safety, and quality of life. Please feel free to bring you computers or phones with AI apps added so can follow along with the activities in the workshop.
