Full course description
Description
What followed the High Renaissance? The answer lies in Mannerism—a refined, courtly style that emphasized elegance, sophistication, and artistic innovation. This lecture explores the work of key artists such as El Greco, Parmigianino, Bronzino, Correggio, Palladio, and Tintoretto, who built upon the legacies of Raphael, Michelangelo, Leonardo, and Titian to create a bold new visual language that paved the way for the Baroque.
