Medical Mondays With Dr. Zolli: Know Your Medications (Polypharmacy)

IN-PERSON class for adults ages 50 and older!

Polypharmacy is an umbrella term to identify the use of 5 or more medications simultaneously. It increases the possibility of drug interactions that can cascade into new medical conditions. Common symptoms can be confused with normal aging when in effect the polypharmacy can be the real issue. In this discussion we will delve into the maze of both prescription, OTC and supplemental medications, hopefully, to better manage our health.
