Full course description
IN-PERSON COURSE for adults ages 50 and older!
Get ready for a productive growing season! This class covers everything you need to prepare your garden for spring planting—from starting seeds (ideally by April 1) to improving soil fertility and structure. Learn how to turn “dead dirt” into thriving, living soil through effective composting techniques. We’ll also discuss fall and winter gardening, including how to “put the garden to bed” and use row covers to keep plants producing through the colder months.
