Peter’s Ghost & that of his body-guard are said to appear from time to time as he watches over his magnificent city & his people. Yet, tyrant Peter transformed a swamp into a place of fortification & beauty on the backs of dead bodies. Hear the background, the ghostly legend, & glimpse the city’s palaces rivaling those of France.
