Full course description
Vitamins are essential nutrients that support every function of the human body. When vitamin levels are too low to sustain healthy metabolism, we can experience fatigue, illness, and even developmental problems. Because the body cannot produce most vitamins, a balanced diet and appropriate supplementation are vital. This class explores a wide range of information about vitamins—what they do, where to find them, and why they are so important to overall health.
