LIVE IN-PERSON class for adults ages 50 and older!
The American Civil War brought women new responsibilities on the battlefield and at home. These brave women from the North and the South assumed roles as nurses, soldiers, vivandieres, spies, social activists raising money and supplies, published authors, and managing family farms and businesses. Learn about what women did for the Civil War and what the Civil War did for the women.
