Full course description
Learn the essential techniques every home cook should know! In this hands-on class, adults will practice proper knife handling, safety, and maintenance. Whether you're just starting out or want to refine your skills, this class will help you feel more confident and efficient in the kitchen. All knives and produce will be provided. You will be bringing home all the product you produce.
