Grill season is just around the corner, and we’re kicking it off with an exciting lineup of chef-driven grilled small plates. Guests will enjoy a variety of bite-sized selections featuring fish and shellfish, vegetables, and beef—each showcasing bold, fire-kissed flavors and thoughtfully paired with beautiful, complementary wines. Gary Twining will bring the experience to life by exploring how grilling elevates flavor, while offering approachable tips on wine pairing and preparation techniques to help every dish and pour shine.
