Description

This ramen demonstration will explore the history and building blocks of ramen—broth, noodles, seasoning, and toppings—through tasting, visuals, and live preparation. Josh Vardous from Black Vulture Ramen will discuss balance and the effort to produce a bowl. Watch noodles get cooked and assembled in real time, with an emphasis on speed and timing. The session wraps up with a finished bowl, plenty of discussion, and practical tips you can take home to your own kitchen.
