Description
This immersive Microelectronics Basics training provides a foundational understanding of the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industry, exploring how microelectronic devices are designed, fabricated, and integrated into the technologies that power our world. Participants will gain insight into the industry landscape, key manufacturing processes, and the critical role of quality, precision, and contamination control in semiconductor production. The course includes a comprehensive cleanroom overview, with the unique opportunity to gown up in full cleanroom "bunny suits" and experience a live cleanroom environment firsthand. Learners will explore wafer processing, gaining exposure to essential fabrication and packaging concepts while engaging directly with industry equipment and manufacturing processes through hands-on activities. Ideal for individuals new to microelectronics or those seeking a broader understanding of semiconductor manufacturing. This interactive program combines classroom learning with real-world experiences to bring the world of microelectronics to life.
