Full course description
Body FITT is a program designed to tailor to an individual's specific goals. The workout will consist of a warm up, lower body workout, upper body workout, cardio and a cool down. Participants will learn how to calculate max heart rate and specific target heart rate zones. Skill related components of fitness will also be covered.
