Description
A low impact class to stay active and improve your overall fitness.
Chair workout choreographed to music designed to:
- Builds Strength and Endurance
- Boost Heart Rate
- Improve Flexibility
- Increase Range of Motion
- Improve Core Stability/Balance
- Build Brain Health (improves focus, memory and executive functions by using both hemispheres of the brain)
- Enhance Mood and Cognitive Functioning through rhythmic movement and music
- Suitable for all ages and fitness levels Increase Socialization - group settings foster community
- Be Adaptable - moves can be modified as needed/as appropriate
No Equipment Needed
No Experience Needed
Bring water, wear supportive shoes and please wear clothing that allows you to move and stretch easily.
