A low impact class to stay active and improve your overall fitness.

Chair workout choreographed to music designed to:

  • Builds Strength and Endurance
  • Boost Heart Rate
  • Improve Flexibility
  • Increase Range of Motion
  • Improve Core Stability/Balance
  • Build Brain Health (improves focus, memory and executive functions by using both hemispheres of the brain)
  • Enhance Mood and Cognitive Functioning through rhythmic movement and music
  • Suitable for all ages and fitness levels Increase Socialization - group settings foster community
  • Be Adaptable - moves can be modified as needed/as appropriate

No Equipment Needed

No Experience Needed

Bring water, wear supportive shoes and please wear clothing that allows you to move and stretch easily.
