Full course description
Introduction to Meditation will cover various types of meditation with information and examples of what might work best for you. This course will help you take time for yourself and assist you in improving your own mental health and well being. This course is intended for age 13 and up. Instructor Andrew Dodd is an adjunct faculty member, Fitness Instructor and certified Personal Trainer at Lorain County Community College.
