Full course description
This course will help you train the right way for a 5K run. We will cover warm ups, training runs, resistance training to help with running, flexibility, shoes, some nutrition basics, and even the mental side of raining. Get yourself ready to enjoy a summer of running! This course will utilize both recorded class sessions and live web ex talks.
LCCC Head Cross Country Coach Jim Powers has over 30 years of teaching physical education and sports activities courses.
