Description
Get ready to wow your friends and family for the holidays with your new charcuterie skills. Learn to make salami roses, cut cheeses, as well as pair items together. Attendees will walk away with a small finished disposable board and learn techniques to use at home again and again. Attendees will receive a shopping list and information on where to get the best charcuterie items on any budget.
