Description
Get ready for the holidays with new charcuterie skills! Learn how to create salami roses, cut and arrange cheeses, and pair meats, cheeses, and accompaniments to create a beautiful and delicious board. Each participant will create a small charcuterie board to take home while learning simple techniques they can use again and again. You will also receive a shopping list with tips on where to find great charcuterie items for any budget. Perfect for holiday entertaining, gatherings, or creating a special treat at home!
