Matthew A. Mishak is the Managing Member of Mishak Law and Founder of LegalTek.ai—a legal technology consultancy helping professionals integrate AI into business and legal operations. Licensed to practice law in Ohio since 2006, Matt brings 19 years of legal experience across criminal, family, and municipal law. He has served as Chief Prosecutor and Law Director for multiple municipalities and is now focused on helping firms adapt to the rapidly changing legal-tech landscape. He holds certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Business Strategy from Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan and is a recognized speaker featured on NPR, Fox 8, and in The Cleveland Plain Dealer.
