Conversational Management

Description

In this workshop, participants will develop the essential skills to lead conversations that promote a deep understanding of others' strengths, interests, successes, and challenges. By mastering these conversational skills, program participants will create an environment where individuals feel valued, heard, and engaged, leading to reduced turnover, stronger morale, and greater productivity within their teams.
