Business plans can be boring and useless if not done properly. The Business Model Canvas is designed to focus the business on the strategic elements that matter most and have the greatest impact on driving growth. Learn the business blocks (infrastructure, customers, finances, resources, etc.) of business planning. You will leave with a great start to your business foundation and a road map to success.
